Voice Artist Bio:
Arlene is a native US American and Jamaican Patois voiceover artist with a richly textured voice and crisp, articulate diction. With a global Transatlantic accent perfectly suited to commercial, corporate, documentary, e-learning, explainer videos and medical narration, Arlene can also ramp up her native Jamaican accent when required for a rhythmic, tropical sound that evokes sunshine, calm blue seas and a little 'irie'.
Almost twenty years as a professional psychologist allows her to bring a calm, trustworthy voice to corporate and medical narration and also makes her intimately familiar with complex psychiatric, psychological, and general medical terminology and phraseology.
Arlene is the voice of Peter Island, a private luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands, as well as the welcoming on-hold voice for Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort in Ocho Rios and The Meridian Club in Turks & Caicos. Other corporate clients include Digicel Jamaica, Baker & McKenzie, MediMedia, American Express and The Nature Conservancy, among others. She voices one of the lead characters, Cleopatra, in the popular online game 'Commanders of Evony', as well as the audio version of the children’s book 'Toko of Coco Oko'.
